1. I am interested in taking the workshop bus to Campbell River from departure Day and back again. What is the extra cost for this service?
   

   There is no extra cost for this service; however it is first come first serve based on capacity. Please indicate on your registration form if you would like to reserve a seat

2. Bus pick-up for workshops at NIC-Which hotel do I have to be at for 7 am pick up to NIC? - or will pick-up bus go to all hotels people book at?
   

   If you refer to the registration package. The bus begins p/u at 7am at the Elk Fall Campsite (see map); the four major hotels along this route to the NIC Campus are within 5-15min of the 7 am start time. If you are looking at booking accommodation; I would choose one of the four noted hotels and anticipate p/u between 7-7:15am

3. What is the expected dress code for Saturday's dinner and entertainment? - casual jeans okay or dress pants and nice shirt preferred?
   

   Casual, comfortable attire is ok for the Sat night dinner; some participants have chosen in the past not to return to their hotel after the workshops are finished to change for the banquet.

4. Is it walking distance from Campbell River Travelodge to NIC?
   No - it is still a fair distance for walking - 4.5 - 5km approximately. When you arrive at NIC a map of the community will be provided to help with orientation and what Campbell River has to offer. Otherwise a quick google search might help with finding other online maps of Campbell River
5. Allergies - I am dealing with them - Is it possible to find out what is for the bag lunches and dinner so that I can make private food arrangements if I need to?
